Oak Hill Church of Christ in Rome, Georgia, is a family-oriented Christian church that believes the Bible is the inherent Word of God!  The church teaches that five specific acts of worship are taught in the New Testament.  They are prayer, singing, giving, teaching the word of God, and practicing the Lord’s Supper.  In addition, Oak Hill Church of Christ has a dynamic outreach ministry.  The church members extend help to those that are in need in the community.  The church also operates a food pantry and gives out homeless blessing bags to those that are struggling.

Matt 25:35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,

Matt 25:36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Matt 25:37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

Matt 25:38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?

Matt 25:39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

Matt 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

Gal 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Gal 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Gal 6:11 See what large letters I use as I write to you with my own hand!
